Dan & Mallory Poirier

They are cousins, business partners, and owners of Fetch n’ Catch LLC, the largest dog daycare in Buffalo NY. Helping others is Dan and Mallory’s passion, and their purpose is to empower and support others to become the best they can be. Through that passion, they founded Core Culture Consulting Group. Their focus is on company culture, employee management and relations, and pet facility growth and operation. They have worked with several business owners in the U.S. and Canada. In their own facility, they employ 31 team members who care for up to 150 dogs every single day. They maintain an average employee turnover ratio of less than 8% annually, 142 points less than the 150% industry average. They foster a strong culture of teamwork, accountability, positivity, and success.
